Anticipate a production timeframe of 1-3 weeks for your item, followed by a shipping period of 3-5 days.
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. Once your handcrafted piece is ready, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow its journey to your doorstep.

We offer FedEx for domestic shippings and USPS and FedEx for international shipments. All orders are shipped from Mexico City.
Shipping fees will be quoted in the shopping cart before finalizing your order.

Customs fees, duties, or taxes are not included at checkout. We recommend checking your country’s import fees before placing an order to estimate any additional costs.
Customers are responsible for covering any customs-related charges required by their country.
Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes will be refunded automatically, with a 25% restocking fee applied, along with any extra charges from the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For re-delivery, a new order must be placed.

If the item you received was damaged during shipping, we will replace it to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. These returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
Returned items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the jewelry does not meet our return criteria.
The sender is responsible for all costs and insurance related to returning the items. All returns are processed in Mexico City.
Please note that bespoke, fine jewelry, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for store credit.

We offer a 3-month warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship after delivery. This warranty does not apply to gold-plated treatments.
